Oppo A98 was launched in September 2023 alongside the Oppo A18, Oppo A58 and Oppo A38. Pre-orders began on September 04, 2023, and the devices were made available on September 22, 2023. It landed in Kenya in October 2023. The Oppo A98 is available at City hub at Ksh43,500 for the 256GB + 8GB RAM.
It has a 6.7-inch IPS LCD 120Hz display supporting a 1080 x 2400p screen resolution. The Oppo A98 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 695 5G (6 nm) chipset with Adreno 619 GPU.
Regarding cameras, the handset packs a 32MP (wide) selfie camera and a triple camera set up at the rear of the camera, consisting of a 64MP (wide) primary lens supported by a 2MP (microscope) and 2MP (depth) sensor. The Reno 10 comes in Cool Black and dreamy Blue.
